Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. You get 1,000 DMs every month at no cost — no credit card, no hidden charges. All four trigger types (comment, DM, story reply, story mention) are unlocked, plus image + button DMs.

How is Pro different from Free?

Pro (₹499/mo inclusive of 18% GST, or ₹399/mo billed yearly) lifts the monthly DM cap to unlimited, takes you from 1 to 5 connected channels across Instagram, Facebook & Telegram, removes the "Sent via boomly.chat" tagline from your DMs, and unlocks follow-up DM sequences, ask-for-follow gating, email lead capture, referral payouts, and priority support. Analytics, CSV export and your link-in-bio page are free on every plan.

Is there any limit on how many DMs I can send?

Free is capped at 1,000 DMs a month; once you hit it, sending pauses until your cycle resets or you upgrade. Pro is unlimited monthly, with a per-Instagram-account safety cap of 4,500 DMs/day (about 700/hour). That ceiling isn't a paywall — it tracks Instagram's own messaging rate limits, so a viral post can never push your account past what Meta allows and get it restricted. Connecting up to 5 channels on Pro scales your total daily volume accordingly.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Switch to the Free plan in one click from Settings → Billing. Paid features stay active until the end of your billing period — no questions asked.

How does billing work?

Monthly plans are charged on the same date every month. Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate — Pro is ₹399/mo (₹4,788 total) instead of ₹499/mo, a 20% saving, for a full 12 months. The price you see is the price you pay — 18% GST is already included in the Pro sticker price, no surprises at checkout. International customers can pay in USD ($15/mo, or $12/mo billed annually). All payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI).

Yes — upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your DM allowance resets so you start the new tier with a full quota.

Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice automatically with our GSTIN, the base amount, and the 18% GST clearly itemised — ready to file as input tax credit if you're a registered business. Find them all under Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Are you an agency managing multiple creators?

Pro supports up to 5 connected channels (Instagram, Facebook & Telegram) on a single subscription, which covers most boutique agencies and creator collectives. If you're running more than 5 and want a custom volume quote, email hello@boomly.bio and we'll work something out.
